AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection for the Beta RR 250 2 T Racing

The AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection offers continuous protection for the engine area of the Beta RR 250 2 T Racing. Its construction extends from the frame to the underside of the footrests and thus integrally covers the lower area of ​​the vehicle.

Protection concept and construction

• Made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) with a thickness of 8 mm
• Extended design to protect the shock absorber linkage
• Double material thickness below the linkage
• Reinforcement part for the area under the linkage included in delivery
• New design and new manufacturing process

The extended protective surface includes the shock absorber linkage in the protection concept. Below the linkage, the double thickness together with the included reinforcement part ensures targeted reinforcement of this area.

Testing under extreme conditions

The skid plate was tested and approved by Wade Young of the Sherco Factory Team after a year of testing under “Hard/Extreme” conditions. This documents the design for the requirements of this operating environment.
