RFX Pro Series clutch cover for Honda CRF 250 RWE

The hard anodized RFX Pro Series clutch cover is designed for the 2025-2027 Honda CRF 250 RWE. Its deeper profile creates additional space for the clutch oil, thereby supporting improved oil circulation in the clutch area.

Function and benefits

The profile is 1.5mm deeper than a standard cap and increases oil capacity by 100cc. The larger amount of oil helps lower the oil temperature during long races. This is particularly relevant in very muddy or sandy conditions when the clutch is subjected to high loads.

The clutch cover is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. This allows light, thin areas to be created, while the lid offers high strength and resistance to external loads. A durable Akadize surface treatment increases abrasion resistance against boots and grit.
