RFX Pro clutch cover for the Yamaha YZ 250 F

The RFX Pro clutch cover is designed for the 2006 Yamaha YZ 250 F (CG 25). Its 1.5 mm deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100 cm³. This means that more oil is available during long races, which helps reduce the oil temperature, especially when there is high clutch load in muddy or sandy conditions.

Function and construction

The clutch cover is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. The design allows for lightweight, thin areas while increasing strength over standard lids. The lid offers a durable solution for use where stones, rocks, footrests or brake pedals can damage the original lid.
