POLINI racing clutch with Z23 pinion for Vespa P ETS 125

The POLINI HT clutch is designed for racing use and combines a special design with the ability to tune the clutch spring force. The helical Z23 pinion supports the adaptation of the translation to the primary gear used.

Function and construction

• The reverse operation connects the crankshaft to the inner hub instead of the outer bell.
• A pressure plate on thrust bearings supports clutch actuation.
• The aluminum bell forms a central part of the clutch construction.
• The block cover has an oil collection channel.
• The aluminum discs, which have been enlarged by 8 teeth, are designed for efficient power transmission.

Translation and coordination

The integrated Z23 pinion has helical teeth. The POLINI HT clutch allows selection of primary gearing to adjust gear ratios. By replacing the primary gear, the clutch can be modified with other available spare parts from the POLINI catalog. The construction is also designed for precise and smooth gear changes.
