NEWFREN Pro Race clutch kit for the Honda CB 1000 R ABS

The NEWFREN Pro Race Steel and Friction Disc Clutch Kit combines friction discs and steel discs in a coordinated design. The Pro Race line was developed in collaboration with successful teams from the Superbike, Moto3 and MXGP World Championships and is designed as a racing product for resilient clutch applications.

Friction material and disc design

The friction material mainly consists of cellulose, resins, carbon and other components. It offers a high coefficient of friction and is less compressible. The special design supports oil flow so that the discs can work efficiently. The combination of friction material and disc geometry increases the stability of the pads and supports constant performance stability even under demanding operating conditions.
