PUIG touring screen for the BMW F 650 GS

This touring screen was developed by PUIG in Barcelona for aerodynamic protection and a harmonious integration into the adventure look of the BMW F 650 GS [2007]. At 440 x 305 mm, it is 30 mm higher than the original window and is available in a clear or tinted version.

The different designs enable a suitable match to the look of the motorcycle without changing the independent shape of the touring screen.

Technical execution

PUIG makes the lens from 4mm thick acrylic material with UV protection. The rounded 2 mm edge ensures an elegant finish and meets the relevant requirements of the German TÜV.

Assembly and aerodynamic development

The touring screen is designed for easy and intuitive adjustment, so installation can be done without the assistance of a mechanic. The product also includes aerodynamic studies comparing the PUIG screen with the original screen in a virtual wind tunnel.
