PUIG Z-Racing windscreen with Double-Bubble design

The PUIG Z-Racing windscreen combines aggressive supersport styling with improved aerodynamic protection for the Honda CBR600RR from 2023 onward. Its shape, developed in a virtual wind tunnel, purposefully directs air hitting the rider out to the sides, reducing the load on the upper body, shoulders and helmet.

Aerodynamic shape for sporty riding

The Double-Bubble profile features distinctive Z-shaped channels. They direct airflow to the sides and improve rider protection without compromising overall aerodynamic performance. The additional height supports effective airflow deflection, especially in a sporty riding position.

PUIG develops and manufactures the windscreen in Barcelona. The high-impact acrylic material combines low weight with high strength, UV protection and clear visibility. The rounded 2-mm contour edge enhances safety and meets the demanding testing requirements of the German TÜV.

Wide choice of finishes

The Z-Racing windscreen is available in Clear, Smoke, Dark Smoke, Black, Matte Black, Blue, Red and Carbon Look. This allows the sporty front end of the CBR600RR to be tailored to your preferred style.
