KAOKO Cruise Control for the Indian Scout Sixty 1000

The KAOKO Cruise Control cruise control speed stabilizer supports a consistent throttle position on longer journeys. The system maintains the throttle at the desired opening via adjustable friction, while the throttle grip can still be opened and closed.

Throttle stabilizer function

The kit consists of a friction nut connected to a special KAOKO bar end weight. To activate, the friction nut is gripped and tightened with your little finger and palm while rolling. This creates a slight rotational resistance, which stabilizes the selected throttle position. To deactivate the nut is loosened when turning back the throttle grip. When unlocked correctly, the throttle valve can be freely opened and closed again.

Assembly

In most cases, installation is done by removing the original handlebar end weight and installing the KAOKO kit in its place. Special installation instructions are supplied with every KAOKO throttle stabilizer; Installation can be carried out in just a few minutes.
