The MALOSSI cylinder kit gray cast iron Ø 63 is for Lml Star 150 Vintage in the full year range 2013–2017 designed. The bore is 63 mm and the displacement is 178 cm³. Redesigned fluid dynamics with profiled transfer channels align the gas flow in the inlet and support high turbulence for efficient combustion and scavenging.

Sophisticated cylinder and piston design

The six running channels have a newly designed flow guide. Dual-slope rear transfer ports utilize the Coandà effect to deliver the mixture. The exhaust has also been designed with a revised profile and a wider ignition setting for an orderly gas flow towards the exhaust.

The 63 mm diameter two-ring piston has a profile designed for high operating temperatures. Its design supports uniform guidance in the liner, reduces the clearance between the cylinder and piston and reduces the rotational movement around the piston pin axis. The double ring also ensures sliding properties and pressure sealing in the combustion chamber.
