MALOSSI Force Master 2 for Vespa LX Touring 150

The MALOSSI Force Master 2 electronic control is designed to adapt the injection to Malossi 4-stroke and original cylinders. It offers four different maps for defined combinations of exhaust system, cylinder, cylinder head, camshaft and air filter.

Function and coordination

The injection adjustment can be made within a range of ± 20% for minimum, medium and maximum speed. In addition, the rev limiter is raised by 2,250 rpm: from the original 9,250 to 11,500 rpm.

• Curve 0: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm with 125 cc., original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 1: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm with 125 cc., original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 2: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm with 150 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 3: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm with 150 cc., original head, original camshaft and original filter

Vehicle assignment

The Force Master 2 is for them Vespa LX Touring 150 in the full year range 2012–2014 provided. It can only be used with the Malossi cylinder intended for this purpose.

Supplementary control

In connection with the O₂regulator, the control unit enables comprehensive control of the injection. The vote supports the processing steps envisaged by Malossi.
