The VERTEX Top End Piston Kit supports the overhaul of the upper engine area. It bundles central components for replacing pistons, piston rings and seals and can therefore simplify the compilation of the parts required for an engine overhaul.

Function and components

The kit is designed for work on the upper engine area. The scope of delivery includes pistons, piston rings, piston pins, locking clips and a top-end gasket set. For two-stroke applications, a needle bearing for the piston pin is also included. Four-stroke kits also include a timing chain.
