For the 2008 to 2013 Honda CBF 600 S, this model-specific ring provides the connection to a Hepco & Becker BASIC tank bag. The complete product includes the tank ring and corresponding retaining plate.

Attaching and removing

The BASIC system uses a purely mechanical lock. The tank bag is placed on the ring until the lock audibly engages. A strap on its front releases the mechanism for removal. Access to the fuel cap is retained with the ring fitted.
